During post-excavation, the post-collapse layer in SE was reconsidered. This layer has been reinterpreted as debris from the collapse of the portico/building in fire event. The layer is comprised of loose, ashy white-ish brown to black soil with whole vessels. 17034 is underneath the rich charcoal deposit 17008=17029 and covers amphora rich deposit to SW (17038) and patchy brown/white/black layer 17050. Part of collapse phase.

Fill of 17028, extension of the 17038/ 17041 deposit that fills into cut/hollow?
