This is likely remains of a cocciopesto surface of small stones and ceramic fragments bonded with a white mortar covering the charcoal-rich destruction deposit underneath. This pavement may equal 20107 and 20108 to the north, which were excavated in 2022.

Possible exterior surface. Many small pebbles set in white mortar in this layer. Revealed orange/charcoal beneath, also more compact underneath and grey.
