SU10156 contained frequent stones, rooftiles, and charcoal. In addition, some slag and pottery. Special finds include a few bronze and iron objects. In Trench 3B, SU10156 is very visible in the northern profile [Fig. 2] due to a consistent layer of horizontally-laid flat roof tiles and large stones. We interpret 10156 as a levelling layer that SU10153 originally covered but we cannot know the original extents of the pebbled floor because only 10156 remains in Trench 3A and most of Trench 3B and here 10156 is covered by 10148.
