2016-07-20 Marzuolo Archaeologist

Context partitioned into two sections and northern half was removed. Excavated remainder of surface; small cobbles and gravel in light mortar preserved in east half of the quad. Surface was not very deep or compact, but systematic. Occupation layer 16018 above this surface. May represent the re-occupation of structure in high Imperial period (2nd c CE)? Equal to 16031 in NEQUAD. (AKOZ/LA)
