Possible leveling layer, same as discovered in 15000, and in RANEQ (SU 16044) and in RASQW (16054). Also found by RPP in 2013 in 10000 to north of area 15000. Layer hypothesised as artificial leveling layer, brought in to create flat area on which to build opus reticulatum structure. Not found in east of site. Agnese suggests it is natural, but nonetheless elevations indicate that layer was modified by human activity and leveled out possibly for the planning of the site in the Late Republic (?).
