2017-07-21 Marzuolo Archaeologist

Patches of orange and charcoal throughout. Under wattle and daub and stone collapse, bottom layer of collapse is evidence of fire. Thought we would discover occupation levels after removal of 17093 but came down on compact brown-grey soil with high clay-content. Some datable ceramics found, and many nails (remnants of wooden frame and collapsed structure)
