2022-08-02 Rhodora Vennarucci

Opus spicatum pavement representing the final occupation phase before the abandonment of Room D. The pavement covers at least two levels of cocciopesto (20115, 20107) flooring and at lest one terra battuta floor (20122). This may be read as evidence of investment in outfitting Room D with a functional, but aesthetic floor.
