2019-07-15 Rhodora Vennarucci

Stone surface in exterior portico area. Surface appears uneven and hard to walk on, but materials and dirt pressed or trodden down in between the stones would have helped level it out. Does surface suggest portico was not covered? Interior of workshop had an earthen floor. Amphora neck, slag, pottery, bone found in surface. Drain 171777 appears to have been constructed on top of surface.
